A sure way to figure out what are the tasks that you should be focusing on in your business is to remember what it was you were doing the last time that you got excited.

For instance, I recently had a client ask me to do some audio editing for them and they said that it was no rush.  Now, aside from the fact that I never leave anything for long before I complete it (I’m definitely NOT a procrastinator), I happen to think that editing audios is fun, so I went ahead and did the task right away.  My client was surprised at how fast I got it done, but of course we love to do the things we love to do, right?

If a task is tedious, you’ll probably be dragging your feet and putting it off, always doing the fun stuff first as long as your schedule allows.

So my advice is stick to the fun stuff!  Your business will flourish as a result!
