Divi Premade Layouts Not Loading or Continuously Loading
I came across this issue lately when I was trying to check out one of the premade layouts that Divi offers, and once I selected the layout I wanted I just got the spinning wheel of death over and over and over again. Nothing would ever happen: the page didn’t time out, nor did the layout actually load. I tried clearing my cache, but still no luck.
After a bit of research here’s what I found that solved the issue for me:
- Make certain you are using a developer tools extension in your browser (I was using Chrome)
- Do an inspect on either the back end or front end of the website that is having problem. Doesn’t matter.
- Click the “application” Tab
- Find “Local Storage” on the left
- Click drop down and right click choosing to “clear” the local storage memory
That’s it! Problem solved.
