Hooray! It’s my favourite day of the year – International Talk Like a Pirate Day!

For those of you that don’t know, I had started this blog in response to a contest posted by Highland Titles and it’s going to be ending soon, in October I believe.
Regardless of whether I win the contest or not, it’s been great to have a place to post all my fun stuff and stories from the past year. It would be so frickin’ awesome (oops, not very ladylike but I managed to edit it so it isn’t quite the word that initially popped in mind!) to get a trip to Scotland, that goes without saying. But my sweetie and I do have a bunch of Aeroplan miles kicking around from when we built our house so perhaps we can make our way over there regardless!
We shall see. Either way, wish me luck!
