I bought myself the coolest gift recently, and I think it’s a great gift idea for a whole bunch of different people:
I bought myself a wee piece of Scotland, which makes me an actual Scottish landowner, which makes me an official Lady! How fun!
I found a website called Highland Titles and that’s where it all started, and I am now contributing to the reforestation of a very important (in my mind anyways) part of the world. I am a MacGregor you know!
So, I’ve created a new blog to discuss all things Scottish, to research my heritage, and to discover what being a Lady really means and how it all relates to me, and I’d love it if you checked it out and commented: http://www.totherescue.ca/ladysarah/
The best news is that you too can be a Laird/Lord/Lady! Check out Highland Titles and keep reading my Lady Sarah blog to get all the info.
Enjoy!
You are hilarious!
I am helping Highland titles plant a new wood. How cool is that!
Sweet! I wish I could be there!
Highland Titles are well known locally for the conservation work that they undertake. I have lived in Glencoe all my life and hear about most of what goes on. I can assure everyone that they have the respect and admiration of everyone who lives in in this most beautiful place on earth.
The people of Glencoe are pleased that Highland Titles have publicised the place they live in, work in, and look after. We hope that people around the world are tempted to visit us here and see for yourselves what a wonderful place Glencoe is. Glencoe is a Scottish National treasure, a place of outstanding natural beauty with a long history and heritage to match. What Highland Titles / Peter Bevis are doing is in my opinion nothing less than a cause for national celebration. The people of Glencoe cannot speak too highly of their work.
Glad to hear it Eric, and thanks for the comment. I myself have been through that area many years ago and would love to go again, it was, as you say, so absolutely beautiful!
