I have used Constant Contact quite a bit for some of my clients, and I have to say that it is very handy and very simple to use.

Constant Contact gives you the ability to easily create email templates that you can then use over and over again – for example newsletters.  The templates are completely customizable and easy to use, and in the end you have beautiful and professional looking emails that get sent to your list(s).

Lists are also amazingly easy to manage with Constant Contact.  You can create as many as you like to keep track of whatever it is you need, and the contacts within can be easily distributed to any other lists if need be.

One of my favourite features is the Survey module – you can create the most comprehensive surveys complete with greeting and post-landing pages, and you can review your results either individually or collectively.  Just like the rest, it’s very easy to set up and very user friendly for those being surveyed as well.

In the end I would definitely recommend Constant Contact.
